Order cancellation policy: All products are hand-drawn and made to order. You can cancel the order within 24 hours; the timing varies depending on the order and when the drawing started. If the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded minus the processing fees for the credit card and Mada. You cannot cancel the order once the drawing has started or if the drawing has been completed. If the consumer wishes to cancel the order, they can do so within 24 hours of the order date. A deduction will be made from the amount for payment method fees if applicable. Return and exchange policy: Note* (All products are hand-drawn and made to order) 1- If the order arrives with an error such as a different drawing or size, you can contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, and God willing, your issue will be resolved. 2- The consumer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 3- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its condition. The consumer is not entitled to return or exchange the product in the following cases: If the product was handmade or made according to specifications set by the customer.
